We offer various cooperation models, including full or partial outsourcing.

We resolve the majority of incidents remotely. In emergency situations, our technicians arrive on-site in accordance with the rigorous stipulations of our SLA (Service Level Agreement).

At some locations we provide on-site coverage every business day, while at others we are on-site only on selected days of the week or month, depending on the agreement with the Client.
